Visit one: the foundation (whatever season you start)
Your first visit is the biggest. Full inspection inside and out, first full treatment — exterior perimeter, harborage areas, eaves, and targeted interior work — plus your entry-point and attractant report: the worn door sweep, the mulch against the siding, the pipe gap. Within two weeks, everyday sightings drop noticeably. This visit does the heavy lifting; the rest maintain it.
The spring visit: ahead of peak season
Ant colonies are expanding, termite swarmers are flying, wasps are starting nests. We refresh the barrier, clear early wasp nests, de-web the eaves, and flag anything resembling termite activity. Spring is prevention season — everything we do now prevents a summer problem.
The summer visit: storm-season defense
Heavy rains degrade treatments and flood pests toward the house. We refresh the full barrier, check for the post-storm roach and ant surge, and make sure drainage-driven breeding sites have not developed. If a big storm just passed, tell us — we look harder.
The fall visit: the rodent check
Rodents start seeking winter shelter. We inspect the roofline, attic, and garage for new entry points, check exclusion work from prior visits, and clear the season's spider webs. Fall is also when we assess the year's pattern — your home's specific pressure profile — and adjust the plan.
The winter visit: keeping the line unbroken
Ants and roaches stay active indoors through Orlando's mild winter. This visit maintains the barrier without a gap, so spring does not start from zero. It is the least dramatic visit and one of the most important.
Between visits: you are covered
Seeing activity between scheduled visits is part of what the plan covers — call and we re-treat at no extra charge. See plan details or send the form below to start with a free inspection.
